About the class:

In this one and a half hour virtual workshop, we will explore vermouth culture around the world on a deeper level, discovering the true orgins of the elixir, explore some of the most important Vermouth houses globally, and interesting methods of production they utilise.

Once we are equipped with the knowledge it´s time to get your hands dirty as you join me in THE LAB (my kitchen) as I guide you through the process of creating your own homemade vermouth. We will learn two methods:  the traditional slow-maceration method which takes several weeks, and the express method where we will have our instamouth (tm) ready for consumption by the end of the class.

Upon completing the class, you will have:

- Had fun in a unique experience all while gaining knowledge and a honing a skill

- More advanced techniques to produce the best homemade vermouth

- Expert level knowledge to impress even the most stickliest of vermuthiasts and mixologists.
