About the class:
In this one and a half hour virtual workshop, we will explore vermouth culture around the world on a deeper level, discovering the true orgins of the elixir, explore some of the most important Vermouth houses globally, and interesting methods of production they utilise.

Once we are equipped with the knowledge it´s time to get your hands dirty as you join me in THE LAB (my kitchen) as I guide you through the process of creating your own homemade vermouth.
