What do we do exactly?

Watch the city of Barcelona wake up as you start this morning tour in the magical old city. Your first point of interest being La Boqueria Market, all of the colours, smells and hustle and bustle as the market comes alive. Next, you’ll pass by the famous Rambla avenue, described by Lorca as the one street I just wish would never end. Pass into the Gothic Quarter’s winding alleyways and marvel at the ancient architecture from times past. After checking out the impactful Cathedral of Barcelona, (warming you up to see the magnificent Sagrada Familia later) head along the city’s Oxford street or Champs Elysees, the elegant Passeig de Gracia- full of local and international shops great both for shopping and window shopping. Along this street, you will discover two of Barcelona’s most emblematic buildings- Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, Gaudí masterpieces, and get into the head of the mad genius and why he was called the Architect of God. After this, you’ll jump into the city’s underground system and have a crash course in how to navigate it as you head full speed ahead to the highlight of the trip, the fantastical Sagrada Familia church. Prepare to be blown away as you find out the stories and secrets of this contemporary Wonder of the World.

All this wandering and wondering will have you hungry so it's just about time to pop into a local tavern for some Spanish vino and tapas. A perfect break before entering into La Sagrada Familia, (optional). All along the way, the guide will take the time to find out your interests and desires and facilitate your satisfying them. They will equip you with all of the knowledge of a local so as to make the most of your stay.
